Manually convert clients without MT4 accounts

Add MT4 accounts for clients that don't have it.

• go to Accounts –> Trading Accounts (in the Admin)
• set the filters to search for Platform MT4 Demo and Converted False
• it will show you a list of the accounts that were FUBAR
