Cannot change status from INITIAL to APPROVED

Probably it is a first-deposit.

During attempt to approve, we need to FIRST create mt4 account via mt4-manager-api – but THAT is failing.

The reason it is failing is that the Trading-Account is set to mt4-group, that group does not exist on your LIVE MT4).

Please do the following:

  • Navigate to TradingAccount/Edit (https://admin.<domain>.com/TradingAccounts/Edit/<account_guid>)
  • Edit the mt4-group to something that makes sense
  • Save
  • Go back and edit the transaction again – the system will now be able to create the mt4-account and push the money to it.
