CRM Backup & Data Retention Policy

  • Data are stored within European Union and operated by EU company under strict EU privacy laws.
  • Hosting and storing sensitive personal identifying data is a subject to great EU scrutiny.
  • Theres no place for any individual interpretations.
  • We dont take any chances.

CRM data - everything (except user scans)

  • We keep full backups of all data (except document scans), every 30 minutes for the last 12 months.
  • When cooperation is finished, we deliver a link to the last backup valid for a year.
  • Until 1 year after cooperation is finished and we are not obliged to store the law enforcement copies, all data are being ultimately destroyed.
  • There's no way to recover it back, neither we are allowed to do so.
  • Being able to recover old copies means we never destroyed your data - this would end up badly for us in court

CRM User Scans

  • We keep user document backups (passport scans, credit card scans etc) for 7 days, daily.
  • User scans backups are disaster recovery ONLY, we never send this backup to anyone. You need to download the documents from the CRM and store on your side if you need a backup.
  • When cooperation is finished, we keep last backup for law enforcement purposes only, for undisclosed period of time no longer than 10 months
  • Again: user documents/user scans CANNOT be delivered to anybody except law enforcement and this backup is out of the customer reach
